Thank you for your excellent service and prompt communications regarding my shipment. I did have some difficulty with the carrier in that I am unable to assist in unloading the sofa. I certainly understand that they are unable to bring it into the house but did expect that it would be unloaded. I am glad you have straightened this out. Once again, thank you for the great service.
