Averitt Named Top Workplace for Women in Transportation

Averitt Express has been named a “Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation” by the Women In
Trucking (WIT) Association. The honor recognizes companies in the transportation and logistics industry that
embody a corporate culture that is supportive of gender diversity.
Companies that made the list were judged by more than 7,000 voters on a variety of criteria, such as offering
competitive compensation and benefits, continued training and professional development, career advancement
opportunities, and being flexible to accommodate family and life balance.
