I just want you to know that shipping with your company has been a very positive experience. I contacted Estes in Fresno and they have the two pallets of tile already. It came in on their truck at 1:30 this morning. White Bear Trucking will pick it up this afternoon; tomorrow morning it will travel up the mountain to Oakhurst. This is going great – and it fits the schedule you gave me perfectly.

The whole idea of “shipping freight” was a bit intimidating to me. I work in an office and I’m used to shipping documents with FedEx or UPS. Having to hire a “Big Rig” was way, way out of my comfort zone! I found your company on the internet, liked what I read and decided to call. Initially, I was going to compare a few companies but because you sounded so competent, I didn’t even bother to call anyone else. That was a gamble that paid off. You and Mike understood my problems of delivery to a rural area with low clearance and narrow dirt roads. You worked with me to explain the entire process very well (e.g. loading docks, lift gates, pallet jacks vs. forklifts, etc.). It was like having a big brother in the trucking business. I also thought that your response time to my emails was fast. Once you had all the carriers lined up, you called me back to go over it again. In fact, your service was SO good that I didn’t even mind hearing that the weight (and therefore, the cost), was higher than originally estimated. Without a big scale, I was only guessing at the weight and you prepared me in advance for what might happen. It was still a bargain. I’m so glad I didn’t rent a U-Haul and try to do this on my own, which would have been more trouble, more money, and a huge investment of my time and labor. Thanks for opening my eyes to the world of moving freight.

Thank you for your excellent service and prompt communications regarding my shipment. I did have some difficulty with the carrier in that I am unable to assist in unloading the sofa. I certainly understand that they are unable to bring it into the house but did expect that it would be unloaded. I am glad you have straightened this out. Once again, thank you for the great service.
